Hydration to me is one of the most important elements of staying healthy. Week 1’s challenge was about hydration and upping your intake to 100 ounces. I personally drink 100 ounces of water every day. It’s something that should be built up over time so your body can adjust properly.
This week we go back to hydration again but will be adding lemon to our water. Think of adding the juice of 2 lemons to your daily water intake. I usually split my lemon addition by putting half in my second 20 ounce water bottle of the day and then to a cup of warm water in the evening.
Lemon water is beneficial in that it can help reduce inflammation, boost your energy, it’s loaded with Vit C, and helps to detoxify your system. So shake up your hydration and jump in to this week’s challenge
