We always hear so much about protein and carbs but need to make sure we balance those out with healthy fats. Think avocado, nuts, oils such as EVOO and MCT, seeds, yogurt, cheese, dark chocolate and fatty fish. Adding a healthy fat at each meal helps the absorption of nutrients, produce important hormones plus they support cell functions and create energy for your body.
