Internal Narrative

We are all usually our own worst enemy. If you ever stop and listen to yourself when you make a mistake, don’t feel good about yourself or reacted in a way that wasn’t good you know what I’m talking about. This challenge is set up to stop you when you have negative thoughts and correct them or turn them around into a positive thought or thinking pattern. Making your internal narrative as loving as you would be to a loved one, friend or colleague.

So let’s put a rubber band or hair tie around your wrist and every time you think or say something negative to yourself, snap the band and turn it around to positive words or thoughts. Jump In!
