I hope you each had a chance to incorporate the Walk 1 mile a day for our challenge this week. Movement is super important to our daily health both mentally and physically. It’s an added bonus to walk outside so that you are in nature and get fresh air. Personally, I try to walk every day and usually try to grab a friend so it’s a double reward. During Covid I was constantly out walking whether it was the dogs, listening to a podcast or listening to music. Enjoy!
