Helping and giving to others not only boosts our mood which is good for our health, it also helps strengthen our community, evokes gratitude and fortifies our personal and family values. Think of the 3 T’s, your time, your talent and your treasure. Try to donate one of these aspects each day for the next 7 days. Jump In!
