Week 45: Compliments

For the next 7 days your challenge is to give at least 3 genuine compliments a day. By giving compliments you help others to feel better and yourself as well. Complimenting others increases your resiliency, strengthens your relationships and helps you to have a more positive outlook. Adding details and specifics to your compliments makes them genuine and remembered. Jump In!
