Week 40: Dry Brushing

I know I keep saying it but I really love this one:) Dry brushing exfoliates your skin, stimulates your lymphatic system, helps to rid your body of toxins, increases your circulation and increases your energy.

Start at your feet and work your way up towards your heart. Then work your way up from your hands towards your neck. Think small circular, clockwise strokes about 4-5 inches long. Jump In!
