Week 21 After Dinner Dance Party

This is such a fun way to remember a beautiful person, Dana Malter Gaughan. Dana died tragically while on her honeymoon at the age of 32. Her family chooses to remember her by “Living Like Dana.” Dana loved to travel, listen to music and dance. My husband and I made a donation to Everybody Dance LA in honor of Dana to continue her love of dance by giving opportunities for students in the community near where Dana lived.

Every night after dinner, you turn up the volume and move. It’s that easy! Dancing aids in digestion, boosts your energy, enhances your mood, improves flexibility and increases your circulation. Jump In!
