I am here to help you facilitate that change process as we work together to identify, make a plan of action, and help you to follow through to achieve those goals.
Gut Repair Program
The gut repair program is six weeks long. It can be done privately or in a group setting. The goal is to help you reset your body by following an elimination protocol that cleans up your diet, helps bring down your inflammation, rebalances your gut and promotes a healthy lifestyle.

Private or group practice for health and relaxation through body movements and postures that incorporate breath work.
