TIME TO JUMP RIGHT IN!

I became a Health and Wellness Coach to help others. I’ve always been interested in living a healthy lifestyle but after becoming a yoga instructor decided to dive in even further. I completed the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy certification program and then received my National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches Certification. I’ve been coaching clients privately and in groups for the last few years.
Anyone who knows me is well aware of the fact that I’m not a big social media fan. I like my privacy and flying under the radar. But, there is so much I have learned and in my quest to help others have decided to jump right in. I’ve realized life is about taking some risks and stepping (way) out of my comfort zone, just like in the photo above when I was being prepped to go sky diving. Focusing on healthy opportunities instead of looking at health as a challenge or a struggle, we can take small actions to make 2022 the year of a better YOU!
