ABOUT
As a Health and Wellness Coach, the mission of making the world a happier and healthier place is my aspiration. Coaching is a catalyst for change, like having a personal trainer on your inside.
For me, being a coach is walking along with the client on their journey. Listening to the client and hearing what is going on below the surface of their story, asking questions, using positive psychology, empowering clients with various tools and methods, and being there to support them on their journey.
Having overcome a chronic illness myself, I empathize with clients but know that there is hope for a better day. I love helping others! It’s whom I’ve always been. I feel like the human connection has become far removed and that people need to be heard, to be helped and to have support. The smallest change or step can have such a positive impact in many aspects of an individual’s life.
